These are some of the textile dolls and heads I made during the lockdown. The dolls are inspired by old vintage patterns. All the fabrics are very high quality..beautiful grey linen for the girls outfits and wool accessories. The boy doll wears a harris teed hat and trousers. Merino wool for the knitted or crocheted garments.All the faces are hand embroidered. They are all individuals and unique heirlooms. For decoration only. The stuffing is 100% wool.

New Dolls for Inside Out the Harbour Arts Centre Irvine
My exhibition Inside Out starts in the Harbour Arts Centre in Irvine on May 17th as well as new etchings drawings prints I also have work on display in the cabinets. Here’s a sneak peak.
All handmade dolls are my own designs apart from the little rabbits made using a mixture of ginger melon pattern and my own ideas. The dolls are not toys and are designed for decor only. Due to small parts they are for older children only.
